In Islamabad, health expert Dr. Babar Saleem emphasized the importance of decreasing sugar intake for enhanced well-being and tackling the growing health challenges. According to him, excessive sugar consumption significantly contributes to various health issues such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Saleem underscored the concerning prevalence of sugar intake in the public, urging individuals to take charge of their health by making informed decisions about their dietary choices.



Locals are pledging to halt partridge hunting. According to Dr. Babar Saleem, numerous processed foods and beverages, commonly found in modern diets, contain concealed sugars, exacerbating the health crisis. He emphasized the necessity of launching awareness campaigns regarding the risks linked to high sugar intake and offering practical tips to reduce consumption.



Dr. Saleem stated, "These efforts aim to empower individuals to make healthier food choices and adopt sustainable lifestyle changes. Reducing sugar intake doesn't mean sacrificing taste or enjoyment.
